These terms govern use of the online booking and payment system operated by JUNIOR S.R.L. — Biofertility (the “Clinic” or “Controller”).

The system at https://prenotazioni-biofertility.com allows users to book specialist appointments and healthcare services provided by the Clinic.
By using the service, the user accepts these terms. A user who does not accept them should not continue with the online service and may contact the Clinic through the channels above.
The process normally includes:
After completion, the user receives an email confirmation with the available booking and payment details. The appointment is also entered in the Clinic’s authorised scheduling system.
Scheduled healthcare services may fall within the exceptions to the general consumer withdrawal right under applicable Italian law. Contact the Clinic before payment if you need clarification about the conditions applying to a particular service.
To cancel, contact the Clinic promptly by phone or email. Any mandatory consumer protection or more favourable written condition for the specific service remains unaffected.
The Clinic may cancel or reschedule because of a professional’s unexpected unavailability, force majeure or a healthcare emergency. It will offer a new appointment or a full refund where appropriate.
Fees are shown during the booking or payment process. Payment may be made using the methods displayed by the platform or directly at the Clinic where available. An invoice is generated using the tax and billing details supplied by the user and is sent by email.
Patient, payer and invoice-recipient details
Patient and partner information used for healthcare and privacy documentation must remain accurate. If the payer or invoice recipient is a different person, that person’s complete billing and tax details must be entered in the dedicated fields. The Clinic may request clarification or supporting information to meet tax, anti-fraud and administrative requirements.
The Clinic provides healthcare services in accordance with applicable professional and legal standards. It is not responsible for external network or provider failures, announced maintenance interruptions, or consequences caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the user, without prejudice to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Platform content, including text, branding and graphics, belongs to Biofertility or is used under licence. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited except where permitted by law.
Updated terms will be published on this page with the applicable version and date. Material changes apply prospectively and do not affect rights already acquired under mandatory law.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes involving a consumer, the competent court is determined under mandatory consumer-protection rules, normally by the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
